HCSA offfers several payment options for our customers.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your HCSA payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.

Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office located at 2529 Houghton Aneue, South Boston VA. We accept cash, check, VISA, MASTERCARD and money orders. Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.
Automatic Bank Draft
With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. Please call our Customer Service Number (434) 575-4240 and a representative will assist you in setting up your Automated Bank Draft. You will need to fill out a ACH Recurring Debit form and submit a canceled check for verification.
Online Payment with Gobal Payments or Official Payments
You can pay on-line with either Global Payments or Official Payments using your DEBIT CARD, VISA or MASTERCARD. Just click a link below and you will be directed to a secure website for your transaction. Please note that you will be charged fee by the vendor to use their payment services. HCSA does not charge any fees for online payment transactions.

Remember, you will need to post or make your payment BEFORE THE CUT-OFF DATE shown on your Bill.
You can also make your payment as late as THE CUT-OFF DATE, however you will need to CALL our (HCSA's) office (434) 575-4240 with the transaction confirmation number so we may verify your payment transaction.
